Example.

Who (Quién) Who are you? I´m Noreen, I´m an English teacher. I´m a  mother of four children. I live in El Campello.

Where.  (DóndeWhere  are you from?   I´m from Dublin, Ireland.

When (Cuándo)   When did you come to Spain?  I came to Spain almost ten years ago.

What. (Qué) What are your favorite things in live? I love teaching, writing, listening to music, being with my family and friends and walking my dogs.

Why  (Por quéWhy do you love your job?  Because I meet so many very interesting people and I learn a lot from them.

Which. (Cuál) Which do you like best, fish or meat? I prefer meat.

 

Understanding possessive pronouns.

A possessive pronoun is a pronoun showing who or what owns something.

My, our, your, his, her, its, their.

1. She put on her scarf.

2. The baby clapped his hands.

3. The bird spread its wings.

4. James drove his car.

5. Their names are Nahia and Holly.

6. My country is vey green.


Writing essays or short invented stories helps you to discover your mistakes. Ask your teacher to let you read the story so as he/she can correct your pronuntiation at the same time as correcting your written errors.
