We use subject personal pronouns before a verb instead of using the name of a person or a noun.
We always use I with a capital letter. I´m Noreen. I´m Happy.
We use he for a boy or a man. Tony- He is a good football player. He´s a wonderful son.
She is used for a woman or a girl. Corrina-She is a beautiful girl. She´s a terrific mother.
It is used for a thing. It is chair. It´s a rainbow.
It is used for an animal if we do not know what sex it is or it is not known to us personally.
A lion in the zoo. It´s asleep. It´s hungry. Look at it. A family pet. This is my dog Kiskers. He´s two years old and this is his mother. Her name is Lulu. She´s four years old.
We use they in the plural for people, animals, or things. They are my children. They´re my dogs. They´re my books.
We are used in the same way. We are friends. We´re not enemies. We´re warm. We´re not cold.
Object personal pronouns are used after a verb or a preposition. Listen to her. Look at me. Speak to them.
